05 May 2017 In the EAEU, a common medicines market is launched On May 6, 2017, after ratification by the EAEU countries of the regulatory framework for medicines circulation in the Union, a set of twenty-six documents prepared by the Commission in cooperation with the Member States enters into effect, including twenty-one decisions of the EEC Council, four decisions and one recommendation of the EEC Board.

The Member of the Board - Minister of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), Valery Koreshkov, and the Director of Essential Medicines and Health Products Department in WHO, Suzanne Hill, spoke about it at the headquarters of WHO (Geneva, Switzerland). The EEC Minister also spoke at the session of the Council of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations, and met with the Director of the ICH Secretariat, Dona Ronan.

03 May 2017 Rules for consideration by the Eurasian Economic Commission of applications of consumers about violations of their rights by railway companies may be adopted by the decision of the EEC Council "The issue of establishing fair and economically justified tariffs for rail carriers and infrastructure enterprises is of particular importance for the development in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) of the common market for railway transport services. We should create reasonable opportunities for consumers to protect their rights and seek to balance the interests of all stakeholders," the Director of the Transportation and Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), Erzhan Nurahkmetov, stated at the session devoted to the consideration of the draft Agreement on the Rules for consideration by the EEC of applications of consumers about protection of their rights and interests infringed by railway transport companies on the changes of tariffs for railway transport services.

The decision taken shall not apply to other sports events.

"In the end, it will facilitate developing innovative products and their introduction in the agroindustrial complex. Our goal is to ensure that the whole value added chain is carried out in the Union as much as possible," Sergey Sidorskiy made this statement at the Coordination session of the Eurasian Agricultural Technological Platform held in the EEC.
