Rustam Japarov appointed Deputy Director of EEC IT Department
He graduated from the Ryazan Institute of Airborne Troops and the Kyrgyz State Law Academy.
He held various positions in the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was Deputy Director of the Coordination Center for Cybersecurity since its establishment. He implemented a number of projects aimed at ensuring information and cybersecurity of information systems of the Kyrgyz Republic. The 1st and 2nd stages of the national cyber threat monitoring system of the Kyrgyz Republic were launched under the leadership of Japarov which enabled to make good progress in investigating computer attacks and incidents as well as establishing interaction with international organizations that specialize in cybersecurity.
Since October 14, 2021, he has been appointed Deputy Director of the IT Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
