In 1998, she graduated with honors from Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in global Economics. Speaks English.
She started her career in 1998 and has worked in various positions in the private sector.
In 2009-2021, she worked at the Federal State Statistics Service, where she worked her way up from a leading economist at the freelance service of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census to Deputy head of the International Statistics Department.
On February 11, 2021, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Statistics Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
