14 Jun 2019 Tigran Sargsyan took part in Summit of Heads of SCO States From June 13 to 14 the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tigran Sargsyan took part in the meeting of the Council of Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States, which was held in Bishkek (the Kyrgyz Republic) under the chairmanship of Kyrgyzstan.

13 Jun 2019 EAEU and SCO deepen cooperation On June 13 in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic) the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tigran Sargsyan and SCO Secretary General Vladimir Norov discussed prospects for further cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The meeting was held on the eve of the meeting of the Council of Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States.

13 Jun 2019 EAEU and Vietnam discussed the possibility of expanding trade and economic cooperation On June 11, the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Board Tigran Sargsyan and the delegation of the Vietnamese Bank Association headed by its Secretary General Nguyen Toan Thang discussed at the EEC headquarters some prospects of cooperation in the sphere of financial services. The meeting was also attended by the Minister in charge of Trade of the Commission Veronika Nikishina and the EEC Minister in charge of Economy and Financial Policy Timur Zhaksylykov.

10 Jun 2019 EAEU and ASEAN develop business-dialogue “The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and ASEAN are on the rise of their relations”, the Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tatyana Valovaya declared on June 8 at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum (SPIEF-2019), opening the EAEU-ASEAN Business Dialogue as a moderator. The session was organized jointly with the ASEAN Russia Business Council.

10 Jun 2019 Dominican Republic and EAEU develop cooperation The Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Board Tigran Sargsyan and Minister of Policy and Regional Integration Miguel Mejia as well as Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation Jose Manuel Castillo Betances discussed the establishment of dialogue and development of cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Dominican Republic.

17 May 2019 EEC and ESCAP signed Memorandum of Understanding The Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Economy and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Timur Zhaksylykov and the Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The ceremony was held as part of the Astana Economic Forum on May 17.

17 May 2019 25 years of Eurasian Integration: from idea to fully operational Eurasian Economic Union The current stage of the Eurasian Economic Integration as well as the prospects for further development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) were discussed by representatives of public authorities, business and expert circles and international organizations on June 16 at the Astana Economic Forum at the Session “25 years of the Eurasian Integration: from Idea to Implementation”. It was moderated by the Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tatyana Valovaya.

08 May 2019 Commission held consultations with business on marking goods with the EAC mark The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) held consultations with representatives of state authorities and business community of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries to discuss the situation with one of the restrictions included in the “White Book” of the EAEU obstacles. This refers to the requirement of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation for the goods imported into the country to be already marked with the Customs Union conformity mark EAC (after the English - Eurasian Conformity).
