Delegates from the member-states of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), and the Directorate General for Health & Consumers (DG SANCO) participated in the discussion of the development of veterinary certificates having a form different from that of the CU common veterinary certificates.

Note that the association members produce about 80% of all sugar in the CU member-states.
