Konstantin Begidzhanov appointed Deputy Director of EEC Trade Policy Department

Konstantin Begidzhanov was born on September 30, 1988 in Yerevan.


In 2009, he graduated from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University with a degree in economics.

From 2009 to 2011 he did his military service.

In 2018, he graduated from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia with a Master's degree in economics.

In 2024, he completed the program "Change Management and Business Development" at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In 2008–2020, he held various positions in Armenian and Russian commercial enterprises. In particular, from 2011 to 2017, he managed a subsidiary of the Russian Progresstech LLC in Armenia — an engineering center specializing in strength analysis and design optimization of aviation and automotive equipment, taking part in projects of the Russian United Aircraft Corporation.

From 2017 to 2020, he was co-founder and CEO of Minnova.AM, a technology company specializing in processing and analyzing dynamic data from mobile devices.

From March 2020 to March 2021, he worked as an assistant to a Member of the Board — Minister in charge of Industry and Agriculture of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

From March 2021 to March 2025, he served as Deputy Director of the EEC Antitrust Regulation Department.

He is an awardee of a Certificate of Appreciation and the Commission's lapel badge "For Personal Contribution to Developing Integration".

Since March 10, 2025 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Trade Policy Department.
