13 Nov 2020 Transitional provisions to Technical Regulation "On safety of dairy products" to be valid until February 13, 2022 The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has established transitional provisions for amendments to the EAEU Technical Regulation "On safety of milk and dairy products". The transitional provisions establish that documents on conformity assessment of dairy products to relation of which the EAEU technical regulation has been amended, issued or accepted for compliance with the requirements of the EAEU technical regulation before February 13, 2021, are valid until February 13, 2022.
