The procedure for filing requests by media representatives to the Press Office Section of the EEC Organizational Support and Protocol Department​
Any requests for written comments will be accepted in electronic form sent to the following e-mail address: press@eecommission.org

Any requests for comments shall contain the following:
- request theme;
- list of questions;
- desired comment date (if required);
- contact details of the editorial office and correspondent.

Dear journalists!
We are attentive to each of your information requests to the EEC. In order to prepare high-quality responses to your questions, the Press Office Section of the EEC Organizational Support and Protocol Department contacts sectoral departments. This work takes time. Please be sympathetic to this.

Any requests for video comments/interviews shall contain the following:
- broad item theme;
- comment theme;
- list of questions;
- desired comment date (if required);
- contact details of the journalist.

Time limits for recording video comments/interviews shall be determined by the current working schedule of the interviewee. After agreeing the theme and time limits for recording, a media representative shall provide the following information in electronic form to the e-mail address press@eecommission.org:
- composition of a film crew - full names, positions;
- list of equipment;
- contact details of the responsible person.

Any traffic and parking of the vehicles of mass media and film crew representatives on the territory of the organization-lessor shall be performed on the basis of the application. The need to obtain a parking space shall be negotiated with the relevant employee of the Press Office Section of the EEC Organizational Support and Protocol Department in advance.

In order to have a vehicle pass issued and parking spaces ensured it is required to provide the following information in electronic form to the e-mail address press@eecommission.org:
- state plate number of the vehicle;
- make and model of the car;
- full name of the driver of the vehicle.
