Department for Competition and State Procurement Policy

to improve the regulatory framework and methodology in the field of competition and public (municipal) procurement;

to monitor the implementation by the Member States of the EAEU law on competition and public (municipal) procurement;

to analyze international treaties and regulations that constitute the EAEU law and assess their possible impact on competition and public (municipal) procurement;

to participate in preparing materials for representing the EEC before courts, including the EAEU Court, on matters within the Department's jurisdiction;

to participate in elaborating and improving the EAEU law for implementing general principles and rules of competition;

to prepare and maintain the Eurasian register of industrial goods of the EAEU countries for the purposes of public procurement;

to participate in preparing an Annual Report on the state of competition in transboundary markets and measures taken to suppress violations of the general competition rules in them;

to advocate for competition;

to interact with the EAEU business community in the format of a Public Reception Office;

to engage in international cooperation in the field of competition and public procurement.
