On August 25-26, 2022, in the Rukh Ordo cultural center, Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Youth Forum of the CIS and the EAEU "Kelechek" ("Future") will be held, timed to coincide with the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
More than 200 delegates will take part in the forum: young entrepreneurs, public servants, representatives of creative youth, young diplomats, students from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The forum is aimed to further develop cooperation between the Member States and promote the Eurasian integration idea. The forum is aimed at expanding the interaction of youth, creating new opportunities for the implementation of initiatives, social and professional self-realization of the younger generation.
It is expected that the forum's key event will be the meeting of professional youth with the Deputy Heads of Government of the EAEU countries, Chairman of the EEC Board Mikhail Myasnikovich and Chairman of the Executive Committee — CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev.
Speakers of the Youth Forum include Azamat Zhamankulov, Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic; Sergei Glazyev, EEC Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics; Artyom Novikov, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund; Artur Martirosyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia; Aleksandr Kadlubay, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus; Natalia Bocharova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation; Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Eduard Omarov, Vice President of Opora Russia Panrussian Civil Society Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship; Timur Zharkenov, Deputy Chairman of Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly; university rectors and heads of civil society, business and youth organizations from the EAEU countries.
The program includes trainings and workshops for young entrepreneurs and the following sessions:

- "CIS, EAEU and Iran: paradigms for the development of cooperation in Eurasia";
- "International youth cooperation in the CIS: prospects for youth";
- "Opportunities for economic integration for youth entrepreneurship in the CIS and the EAEU";
- "Role of venture investors, business accelerators and business angels in the development of youth entrepreneurship in the CIS and the EAEU";
- "Youth and innovation: skills, professions, infrastructure for the technological breakthrough of the CIS and the EAEU";
- Creative industries of the CIS and the EAEU: drivers of economic development, youth growth points;
- "Ideas uniting the Eurasian youth";
- "Social and humanitarian measurement of integration: prospects for the common scientific and educational space of the CIS."
