This initiative was put forward by the Russian Federation.

26 Jan 2021 EEC is preparing measures to support industrial projects of the Union countries The EEC, jointly with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, is preparing a list of cooperation projects for their possible financing by the Eurasian Development Bank. This and some other measures to support the EAEU's industrial projects were discussed in the Commission at a meeting chaired by Nikolay Kushnarev, Director of the EEC Industrial Policy Department.

In 2010, she graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in International Law; in 2019, she was awarded a Master's degree in Law at the University of Barcelona, specialty "International Economic Law and Policies" (IELPO).
