Narine Davtyan Appointed Deputy Director of EEC Department for Internal Market Functioning


Narine Davtyan started her career at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Armenia, where she headed the department of postgraduate studies in 2006–2008.

In September–November 2008, she was Coordinator of Cultural Programs on Diaspora Relations of the Diaspora Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2008–2013: Chief of Staff of the First Division of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia.

2013–2014: Deputy Director for Legal Affairs at VLHAQ, a road construction company.

In 2014–2024, she worked as a judicial assistant at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2009, she graduated from the Master's Degree Program at the Faculty of Law of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Armenia. In 2013, she defended her PhD thesis Problems of Law Implementation. Since 2014, she taught at the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, as well as at the Institute of Law and Politics of the Russian-Armenian University.

She is State Councillor of Civil Service, 2nd class.

On December 3, 2024, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Department for Internal Market Functioning.
