International regional seminar on "Global and Regional Tendencies for Economic Development on the Basis of the Eurasian Integration"

Page ContentOn November 6, 2014, the Eurasian Economic Commission, jointly with the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the Interstate Bank, will hold an international seminar on "Global and Regional Tendencies for Economic Development on the Basis of the Eurasian Integration" The seminary will be hosted by Tatiana Valovaya, Minister in charge of the Development of Integration and Macroeconomics, and Igor Suvorov, President of the Interstate Bank. At the seminar, the UNCTAD experts will deliver a "Trade and Development Report 2014: Global Governance and Policy Space for Development" as well as "World Investment Report 2014:" findings point to FDI recovery," whereupon the participants will discuss the key conclusions of the studies performed. The World Bank and International Monetary Fund will outline the tendencies for the development of the Eurasian region, as well as challenges and opportunities related thereto. The Eurasian Development Bank will present the results of the investment monitoring of mutual investments in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
