Ensuring free movement of labor 

to monitor the legislation of participating countries in the field of labor migration;

to make recommendations on developing a single labor market;

to promote the recruitment and employment of workers in the Member States;

to create favorable conditions for workers and their families

in the state of employment.

Ensuring the functioning of a single labor market

to develop legislative initiatives concerning new forms of employment and modes of employment (self-employed workers, etc.);

direct recognition of certificates of education (except for medical and pharmaceutical certificates) and academic degrees when employing the EAEU Member States' citizens in another EAEU State;

to develop the “Work Without Borders” system and explore the possibility of creating other digital services for labor migration;

to prepare a List of professions most in demand in the EAEU labor market;

to develop recommended qualification requirements for the most in-demand professions.

Providing social guarantees

to implement the Agreement on Pension Provision for Workers of the EAEU Member States, which equalized the conditions with those applied to citizens of the state of employment when establishing, maintaining and exercising pension rights and resolved the issues of exporting workers' pensions;

social insurance (medical insurance, accident insurance, etc.);

access to medical care for migrant workers and their families.
