Altynai Omurbekova

Biography

Altynai Seitbekovna was born in 1973 in Frunze (now Bishkek). She graduated from the Faculties of History and Law of the Kyrgyz State University.

From 2000 to 2008, she was engaged in business activities.

In 2009-2010, she was Lawyer at the Department of Land Management and Registration of Rights to Immovable Property in the Alamudun District of Bishkek.

From 2010 to 2011, she was Deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Health Care, Social Policy, Labor and Migration of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2011, she was Head of the Administration of the Leninsky District of Bishkek.

In 2013, she was Acting Head of the Administration of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek.

From 2015 to 2018, she was Deputy, Deputy Torag of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

From 2018 to 2020, she held the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On October 1, 2021, she was appointed Director of the EEC Department for Labor Migration and Social Protection.
