Andrey Naumov appointed Deputy Director of EEC IT Department
Andrey Viktorovich Naumov was born on May 25, 1965 in Moscow.
In 1987, he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, specialty “Mathematics".
From 1987 he was Engineer of the Moscow Machine Building Plant "Skorost".
From 1991 to 2000, he held a number of positions in leading Russian companies in the IT sector and in 2000, he headed "System Integration Solutions".
From 2011, he held senior positions in Electronic Moscow, JSC and the Public Services Directorate of the Moscow Information Technology Department.
From 2017, he supervised a number of complex projects at the State Public Institution "Information City" in Moscow.
Since February 10, 2021, he has been appointed Deputy Director of the IT Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
